Scott POWs Yahoo fantasy baseball time for some stock watch.

We can give you a player to buy a player to sell and a player to hold the buy is David Hamilton doing some really nice things with the Red Sox over the last month.

He's the number two fancy shortstop and five by five value.

He's the number seven offensive player, 16 stolen bases gets your attention hitting over 300.

He's even got three home runs and they've given him more responsibilities playing against more left-handed pitching these days.

He usually bats second against righties.

The Red Sox have a top 10 offensive lineup.

So David Hamilton, I think is a full season story and somebody certainly trusted in my lineups anywhere I can get him.

How about Josh Smith in Texas surprising on a team with Marcus Simeon on a team with Toy Seager, a team with all these buzzy rookies.

It's Ben Smith who's been their best offensive player ops plus of 149 a little bit of pop, a little bit of speed.

I know Young is coming back but Josh Smith can play the outfield, he can play shortstop, he can play first base, he may DH in a pinch, he's gonna be a full season fantasy factor and I'm calling him a fantasy hold, I can't guarantee he'll be Texas's best offensive player of the rest of the season, but he'll be in the middle of a good lineup and somebody I think you can trust.

Now, Byron Buxton is gonna be the cell.

He's played over 100 games just once in his career and I don't know if he's going to do it this year.

He's been barely hail, but they put him back in the outfield.

He no longer is that safe DH guy over the last couple of weeks, he is hitting over 300 a couple of Homers, a couple of steals.

If I'm looking to make a trade, need a sweetener to get that deal done.

I think I move bucks, then I'm just worried he won't stay healthy for the full season.

I don't know if he can handle the rigors of the outfield.

No fun to say this.

He was a former number one prospect in baseball, won a gold glove early in his career, but the injuries are tough to trust and really he hasn't been that great of an offensive player this year.

Ops plus is only 99.

He's basically league average might hit for a negative but adding average for fantasy purposes is a little pop and a little speed here while he's healthy.

I think it's a good idea.
