Attendance for Leagues Cup at Lower.com Field has been smaller than Crew regular-season games. Just the round of 32 game against Sporting Kansas City drew more than 20,000 people. The semifinal match against the Philadelphia Union had a crowd of 12,784.

Other than the Kansas City match that opened Columbus' tournament run, Leagues Cup tickets have been excluded from season ticket holders' packages, meaning they are an additional cost for members.
