Thunder vs Spurs recap: OKC gets blowout win over San Antonio
The OKC Thunder will host the short-handed San Antonio Spurs at 7 p.m. Wednesday.
Seven Spurs players are listed as out for the contest, including Victor Wembanyama. The rookie center will miss the game due to injury management for his right ankle. Meanwhile, Lu Dort (rest) is out for OKC.
This is the fourth and final meeting of the season between OKC (54-25) and San Antonio (20-59). The Thunder holds a 2-1 series lead, but the Spurs earned a 132-118 home win in the most recent meeting on Feb. 29.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander led the way with 26 points and six assists. Josh Giddey also recorded 20 points and 12 rebounds.

OKC began to rest its starters in the third quarter.
With the game already put away, Chet Holmgren sat out the entire quarter. Gilgeous-Alexander also checked out at the 5:02 mark and did not return.
Second quarter: Thunder 68, Spurs 35
OKC extended its lead to 33 points thanks to a healthy dose of free throws.
The Thunder went 15 for 18 (83.3%) from the charity stripe in the first half, while the Spurs only went 5 for 7 (71.4%).

Two different OKC players matched San Antonio's points total in the first quarter.
Giddey erupted for 11 points and five rebounds, while Gilgeous-Alexander racked up 11 points and three rebounds.
