Texas Tech football set for late kickoff against Arizona, positive news for injury report

It will be a late night for Texas Tech football fans during Week 6 of the college football season.

The Big 12 Conference announced kick times and television designations for next week's slate of games. The Red Raiders' road trip to take on Arizona was given a 10 p.m. central kickoff. The game will air nationally on FOX.

The Red Raiders (3-1, 1-0) are set to host Cincinnati (3-1, 1-0) in Jones AT&T Stadium this week, that game set to start at 7 p.m. That kick time was announced Sunday.

Texas Tech football injury report

For the first time this season, the Red Raiders did not have a new name added to the availability report under the out-for-season designation.

Outside linebacker Charles Esters III has been moved to the questionable category with a thigh injury. Esters missed the first four games of the season. Defensive back Javeon Wilcox (knee) is still considered out for the Cincinnati game.

Other players listed as questionable include receivers Jordan Brown (shoulder) and Josh Kelly (ankle); defensive lineman De'Braylon Carroll (leg); defensive back Bralyn Lux (thigh); linebacker Ben Roberts (shoulder); and outside linebacker Amier Washington (hip).
