Tennessee Titans score updates vs. Jacksonville Jaguars: Titans send Jaguars home for playoffs
For the last time this season, the Tennessee Titans will take the field, trying to score one win against an AFC South opponent in the form of the rival Jacksonville Jaguars.
The Titans (5-11) host the Jaguars (9-7) at Nissan Stadium on Sunday (noon, CBS) to end the regular season. The Titans have been eliminated from playoff contention, but Jacksonville can secure its second straight AFC South title with a win.

Tennessee Titans score vs. Jacksonville Jaguars: Live NFL Week 18 updates
FINAL: Titans 28, Jaguars 20
A very consequential game across the AFC ends with a Titans' 28-20 victory. That means...
The Jaguars miss the playoffs.
The Texans are AFC South champions.
The Buffalo Bills and Pittsburgh Steelers have secured playoff berths with the Jaguars loss.
Tennessee is all but locked into the No. 7 overall pick. The 6-10 Jets lead New England 17-3 late in the fourth quarter and is the only team that can pass the Titans in the draft order. There is some strength of schedule math to do, but the Chargers have the tiebreaker for now if it comes to that later on Sunday.
Tennessee finishes at 6-11 overall.
Titans defense gets another stop, and Tennessee will win
The Jaguars get the ball back with less than three minutes left. After a Trevor Lawrence scramble for 8 yards, he throws three consecutive incomplete passes. The final two passes came after the two minute warning, and the Jaguars have no timeouts.
Tennessee can kneel on the ball and win the game. Jacksonville is out of the playoffs.
Titans defense stands tall in goal line stand
The Jaguars drove down to the Tennessee 1-yard line and had 3rd and goal from there. On third down, Trevor Lawrence rolled out, had no one open and threw the ball away. On 4th and goal from the 1, Lawrence stretched out the ball....about 6 inches short of the goal line.
Titans get the goal line stand and still lead 28-20 with 7:13 left in regulation.

Andre Cisco intercepts Ryan Tannehill
Ryan Tannehill's pass over the middle is intercepted by Andre Cisco, who returns the pass inside the Tennessee 30-yard line. Tannehill threw late, and Cisco drove on the ball.
Jacksonville has the momentum and the football. One of those things are more important than the other. Jaguars can tie with a TD and a two-point conversion.

Titans 28, Jaguars 20 with 14:55 left fourth quarter: Evan Engram TD catch
Jaguars cut into the Titans lead on a 15-yard touchdown catch by Evan Engram. Jacksonville elects to kick the PAT instead of going for two, because it is apparently interested in only tying the game, not taking the lead.
Titans' lead is 28-20.

End of the third quarter: Titans 28, Jaguars 13
Titans hold a 28-13 lead after three quarters. Jaguars are driving inside the Titans' 15. You'd expect Doug Pederson to go for two if Jacksonville scores a touchdown.
Trevor Lawrence is 24-of-33 for 242 yards and a touchdown with two interceptions.
Sure there are some Bills and Steelers fans checking in for this final quarter. Welcome.
Titans defense stops Jaguars offense on 4th down
Jacksonville needs two touchdowns, so it is going for the first down on 4th and 6 inside the Tennessee 40-yard line. Trevor Lawrence's pass is about four yards short.
The Jaguars have not played with the requisite intensity or aggression in a win-and-in game, Lawrence included. That was a 4th and 6 checkdown, and the Jaguars turn it over on downs.
Titans are a scoring drive away from putting this game away.
Titans 28, Jaguars 13 with 12:45 left third quarter: Tannehill to Hopkins for a TD
Two plays after the Henry run, Ryan Tannehill finds DeAndre Hopkins for a 7-yard touchdown catch.
PAT good. Titans lead by 15.
The Titans veteran offensive players are starring today.

Derrick Henry sprints for 69 yards
There goes Derrick Henry, wrestled down by Andre Cisco after a 69-yard run to open the third quarter.
Cisco gave Henry a few extra yards just by refusing to be stiff-armed. 1st and goal, Titans.
HALFTIME: Titans 21, Jaguars 13
Titans punter Ty Zentner drops the snap on a punt attempt and is tackled in Tennessee territory. A disastrous special teams season continues. Not often you see an NFL punter drop a perfectly good snap.
The Jaguars offense had 22 seconds to work with, and work into field goal range. Brandon McManus' 90-yard field goal is good.
Tennessee's excellent first half is damaged a bit by that costly mistake to end the half.
Sean Murphy-Bunting interception ends Jaguars' 2-minute drive
Sean Murphy-Bunting intercepts Trevor Lawrence on a poorly-thrown ball to end Jacksonville's two-minute drive. Pass was well above and behind Zay Jones.
Titans take over with a chance to get another score, at their own 38-yard line with 1:06 left in the half.
Titans 21, Jaguars 10 with 3:03 left second quarter: Tennessee takes a two-score lead
The Titans cash in on the interception, with a physical Chig Okonkwo catch and run for 15 yards setting up 1st and goal.
Two plays later, Tyjae Spears muscles his way into the end zone for a 2-yard touchdown. PAT good.
Tyjae Spears' second TD gives the Titans a 21-10 lead!

Bills and Steelers fans (including at least two yellow towel-waving Steelers fans inside Nissan Stadium) have to be happy. The Titans' lead is 11.
Tennessee has 199 total yards, including 95 rushing.
Terrell Edmunds intercepts Trevor Lawrence
Titans defensive back Terrell Edmunds makes a diving interception of Trevor Lawrence to give the Titans excellent field position.
The INT comes off a deflection by Evan Engram. Tennessee's offense gets the ball inside the Jacksonville 40-yard line.

Titans 14, Jaguars 10 with 8:27 left second quarter: Derrick Henry scores
Derrick Henry caps off an 8-play, 75-yard drive with an 18-yard touchdown run over the left side. It's his 90th career touchdown run, tying him with Eric Dickerson and Curtis Martin on the all-time list at 13th. He'll move to a tie in 11th all-time with another TD run along with Jerome Bettis and Franco Harris.
Henry surpassed Earl Campbell on the all-time rushing list on the drive.
The Titans lead. PAT good. Henry has 63 rushing yards on 7 carries.

The Jaguars dial up a deep shot, and Calvin Ridley beats the coverage (Sean Murphy-Bunting and Elijah Molden trailing) for a 59-yard touchdown catch on an accurate throw by Trevor Lawrence.
PAT good. Jaguars re-take the lead.

Tyjae Spears has his first touchdown reception on the final game of his rookie season on a nifty catch-and-run for 28 yards down the sideline. Excellent opening drive for the Titans. PAT good.

Titans opened up the playbook on the opening drive, with Tannehill finding Chig Okonkwo on a flea flicker tight end screen for 21 yards. Later, Tannehill couldn't quite get ahold of a DeAndre Hopkins pass on a reverse pass.
Andrew Rupcich started the game at right guard for the inactive Daniel Brunskill. Titans OL fared well against the Jaguars' front seven on the opening drive.
Jaguars 3, Titans 0 with 9:45 left first quarter: Jags score on opening drive
Jaguars receive the opening kickoff and move methodically down the field. Trevor Lawrence looks OK both throwing and running, completing 3-of-5 for 31 yards on the drive but unable to scramble on third down inside the Titans' 30.
Brandon McManus hits a 44-yard field goal, and Jacksonville leads.
Trevor Lawrence active and expected to play for Jaguars; Jacksonville WR Christian Kirk inactive, as is Titans' Will Levis
Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence is active and in line to start, per the inactive lists released at 10:30 a.m. Sunday.
Lawrence has been dealing with ankle and shoulder injuries, with the latter keeping him out of last week's win against Carolina. Christian Kirk, elevated from IR, is inactive and won't play Sunday.
Will Levis is inactive, which elevates Malik Willis to the No. 2 quarterback role. Daniel Brunskill is inactive, as is Jaelyn Duncan, so the Titans offensive line again will be shaken up in the regular season finale.
The full list of Titans inactives:
QB Will Levis
CB Anthony Kendall
OLB Caleb Murphy
OLB Trevis Gipson
OL Daniel Brunskill
OL Jaelyn Duncan
DL TK McLendon
