Tennessee Titans will add Bill Callahan, Brian's father, to coaching staff | Report
New Tennessee Titans coach Brian Callahan will reportedly add more experience to his first coaching staff — a very familiar face.
Browns offensive line coach Bill Callahan, Brian's father, is set to join his son's staff, Cleveland.com reported Thursday. The Browns have given Bill Callahan permission to interview with the Titans, a move necessary given the NFL's rules on lateral hires.

Bill Callahan is a former head coach with the Raiders and with Nebraska in the college ranks. Bill Callahan led the Raiders to a Super Bowl appearance in 2002, beating the Titans in the AFC Championship Game that season to advance.
Since his time as a head coach, Bill Callahan has been one of the top offensive line coaches in the NFL. He was the OL coach with the Jets (2008-11), Cowboys (2012-14) and Commanders (2015-19) before spending the last four seasons in Cleveland. In that time, his lines have paved the way for nine 1,000-yard rushers.
Bill and Brian Callahan will be the seventh father-son duo to be a head coach in the NFL. Now, they'll be on the same staff.
"I don't know how many fathers and sons have been head coaches in the NFL," Brian Callahan said last week. "I don't think it's many . . . It's a very prideful thing to be associated with him and I.
"You want to be like your dad, you know?"
