Takeaways from first half as Ravens hold a 17-10 lead over Buccaneers
The Ravens started slow, but after Lamar Jackson was sacked twice, John Harbaugh's team woke up and scored 17 straight points to take a seven-point lead into the half. Tampa held Derrick Henry to 23 yards on four carries, and the Baltimore offense amassed 233 yards and went 1-3 on third downs.
With the second half underway, here are takeaways from the first 30 minutes of play.
Kyle Hamilton gets the start in the slot
Baltimore wanted to neutralize Chris Godwin and put Kyle Hamilton in the slot for one-on-one coverage. Godwin finished the first half with two catches for 21 yards on four targets.
Busted Coverage
Mike Evans scored his 100th career touchdown reception on a busted coverage in the Ravens' secondary. Buccaneers quarterback Baker Mayfield connected with Evans on a 25-yard touchdown reception, where the Tampa wideout was wide open in the end zone. The score finished an eight-play, 70-yard drive that ate up 4:33 on the clock.

Buccaneers pass rush
Ravens star quarterback Lamar Jackson has not been sacked more than two times in the first six games of the season. Against the Buccaneers on Monday night, he was sacked on back-to-back plays to end the Ravens' opening drive.
Tampa's first quarter dominance
The Ravens were flat and showed on both sides of the football. Tampa dominated the first quarter, logging 140 yards to the Ravens’ 22 yards in the first quarter. The Buccaneers dominated the time of possession, running 18 plays to Baltimore's seven.
Mark Andrews gets involved
After falling down 10-0, the Ravens 70 yards on six plays and capped the drive off with a nine-yard touchdown pass to Mark Andrews. The score was Andrews's 42nd career score, passing Todd Heap for first all-time. Andrews had two catches for 29 yards and the score.

Marlon Humphrey makes two big plays
With the Buccaneers in the redzone and looking to go up 17-7, Marlon Humphrey intercepted Bucs quarterback Baker Mayfield in the end zone, stopping a potential scoring drive with six minutes left in the first half.
Humphrey struck again, with a dazzling interception against Baker Mayfield to end a Bucs scoring drive with 3:00 left in the first half.
Humphrey is currently the only cornerback in the NFL with four interceptions this season.
Big Play Bateman
Lamar Jackson loves to get flushed out to his right, and this time he found Rashod Bateman for an explosive 60 yard catch and run to put Balitmore in scoring position.
Bateman finished the first half with two catches for 64 yards.
Justice Hill to the rescue
Todd Monken called a beautiful screen pass to Hill as the Buccaneers were blitzing and the versatile running back did the rest for an 18 yards touchdown.
That score finished off a four play, 80 yard drive that ate up a little over one minute and a half.
Hill finished the first half with two catches, for 26 yards and the score.
Mike Evans ruled out
Evans scored his 100th NFL touchdown on a dazzling catch, but was forced to exit midway through the second quarter with a hamstring injury. Evans was ruled out with one catch for 25 yards and a touchdown.
QB comparison
After a slow start, Lamar Jackson was 11-14 passing, for 181 yards and two touchowns, with a 158.3 rating. Jackson led the Ravens with three carries for 24 yards. Baker Mayfield was 11-16 passing, for 133 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions.
