The sun is still shining over Pittsburgh's three rivers, but pending weather is thought to be a reason for some last-minute lineup changes in the Steelers' mid-preseason matchup with the Buffalo Bills.

T.J. Watt stood on the sideline in street clothes while Missi Matthews of Steelers.com reported that he would not start as expected, citing the weather as the reason why.

Watt was due to start tonight's game -- his first of the preseason -- but holding him out as a precaution is a smart move. There's no need to put him in harm's way in a meaningless game.

Josh Allen was also expected to start at quarterback for Buffalo, but Mitch Trubisky took his place instead. Steelers fans let Trubisky know how much they missed him by booing when his name was announced.
