Warriors coach Steve Kerr reportedly will not travel to Salt Lake City for Games 3 and 4
Steve Kerr will not join the Golden State Warriors in Utah for Games 3 and 4, according to the San Francisco Chronicle’s Connor Letourneau. Assistant coach Mike Brown will continue to serve as head coach in Kerr’s absence.
I've confirmed that Steve Kerr won't travel to Utah tomorrow. Means Brown will coach games 3 and 4, at least.

Kerr has been absent from the sidelines since the middle of the Warriors’ first-round series against the Portland Trail Blazers, suffering from pain related to his 2015 back surgery. He did make the trip to Oregon, but did not coach in either game on the road.
During an interview session during that series, Kerr said he wasn’t sure of his timetable to return and admitted he could be out for the Warriors’ entire playoff run.
While the Warriors will miss Kerr on the sideline, they were 31-10 on the road during the regular season – the best road record in the NBA.
