South Carolina women's basketball puts its undefeated record on the line against Kentucky on Monday in Colonial Life Arena.

Junior guard Bree Hall leads the Gamecocks (15-0, 3-0 SEC) against the Wildcats (8-9, 1-2) into the matchup on Monday (7 p.m., SEC Network) after scoring a career-high 21 points against Missouri.

The Gamecocks won both matchups last season, including an 87-69 victory over the Wildcats at home on Feb. 2, 2023.

Kentucky's last victory over South Carolina came in the SEC Tournament championship on March 6, 2022, a 64-62 win, but the Wildcats haven't beaten the Gamecocks in the regular season since February 2019.

Kentucky has dropped two SEC games in a row, including a 95-73 loss to Vanderbilt, this season's most surprising team in the SEC. The Wildcats are led by junior forward Ajae Petty, who averages 16.1 points per game, and senior guard Maddie Scherr, who averages 14.5 points.

Kentucky has struggled against high major competition and only has wins against Boston College and Arkansas in nine matchups with Power Five schools.
