South Carolina women's basketball live score updates vs Tennessee: Gamecocks face Lady Vols
COLUMBIA − South Carolina women's basketball has a chance to make history against Tennessee on Sunday (noon ET, ESPN) in its last regular season game.
The No. 1 Gamecocks (28-0, 15-0 SEC) can complete a second consecutive undefeated regular season by beating the Lady Vols (17-10, 10-5) on senior day at Colonial Life Arena. Before the game, which South Carolina Athletics announced as a sellout, the Gamecocks will honor seniors Kamilla Cardoso, Te-Hina Paopao and Sakima Walker.
In their matchup earlier in the season, South Carolina pulled away from Tennessee in the fourth quarter to escape with a 66-55 win. Cardoso contributed 14 points and 10 rebounds in her first game back after playing with Team Brazil in an Olympic qualifying event, while Tennessee star Rickea Jackson scored 19 points.
