The forward has career averages of 13.4 points, 6 rebounds and 50.1 percent shooting.
Young spent the first seven seasons of his career with the Philadelphia 76ers, who drafted him 12th overall in 2007. He’s played for Minnesota, Brooklyn and his last three seasons were spent in Indiana.
