Snow joke: Crazy storm in Buffalo causing huge issues for Bills and Colts
Anyone who lives in the vicinity of one of the Great Lakes can tell you: lake effect snow is no joke.
On Sunday, it became the main story in a Buffalo Bills vs. Indianapolis Colts game.
Check out these images from New Era Stadium from pregame warmups:

Longtime Bills beat reporter Sal Maiorana, who has covered the team for nearly 30 years, tweeted that he can’t remember snow being so heavy during a game:
The scoreboard at far end is no longer visible. Worst I’ve seen it here that I can recall. pic.twitter.com/KlKRrXK0DG

As you can imagine by those images, play on the field was difficult, to say the least. You have to feel for Colts kicker Adam Vinatieri, who had no chance on a 33-yard field-goal attempt. Don’t forget, Vinatieri drilled a couple huge kicks in the “Tuck Rule” game in the snow, but he couldn’t come close here.
Poor Adam Vinatieri — this had no chance. Laughter erupts in he press box. #Bills #Colts @news4buffalo pic.twitter.com/aG1T82dYu2

The Bills and Colts are already offensively challenged … so the snow didn’t help. Oh, and the Colts are wearing all white uniforms.
