Simone Biles medal count at Paris Olympics: How many medals has gymnast won in Paris?
Editor’s note: Simone Biles has won Olympic gold in the team final, all-around final and vault final and silver in the floor final at the 2024 Paris Olympics.
Simone Biles is in a league of her own. Biles, 27, was already the most decorated gymnast in history when she entered the 2024 Paris Olympics, and she's only added to her medal count and further cemented her status as the world's best.
In Paris, Biles led the U.S. women's gymnastics team to a gold medal in the team final before raking in two more golds, in the individual final and vault final, and a silver in the floor final. Biles, who won all-around gold at the 2016 Rio Olympic Games, is only the third gymnast in Olympic history to win the all-around title two times following Soviet Union's Larisa Latynina (1956, 1960) and Czechoslovakia's Vera Caslavska (1964, 1968).

Simone Biles medals at Paris Olympics
The 2024 Paris Games mark Biles' third Olympics and her first Olympics since she withdrew from several events at the Tokyo Olympics in 2021 due to "the twisties." Here's how she fared:
Team Final: Biles led the U.S. women's gymnastics team to a gold medal, marking Biles fifth Olympic gold medal and her eighth overall Olympic medal.
Women's all-around final: Biles edged out Brazil's Rebeca Andrade for gold in the all-around final to become the oldest all-around Olympic champion since 1952. Biles is also just the third woman in history to win multiple golds in the all-around, and the first to win all-around titles eight years apart.
Women's vault final: Biles won her second Olympic title on vault, adding to the gold she won in 2016. It was her 10th Olympic medal and seventh gold. At these Paris Games alone, Biles has already won three medals, all of them gold.
Women's floor final: Biles won silver, the first time she didn't win in a floor final — ever. It was her 11th career Olympic medal.
