Shots, blocks & boards: Vote for IndyStar girls basketball players of the week (Jan. 15-20)
IndyStar will be recognizing the top basketball players in Indiana with our players of the week poll.

Congratulations to Sheridan's Kenzie Garner and Brebeuf Jesuit's Robyn Pate on being voted Players of the Week for Jan. 8-13! Garner notched a double-double against Speedway, finishing with 25 points and 15 rebounds. She rounded out her line with five assists, four steals and two blocks. Pate hit 6-of-13 shots from the field with four triples as part of a 19-point effort vs. Tri-West.
Player of the Week winners will be honored at IndyStar's Indiana Sports Awards this spring.

Here are this week's nominees.
Lauren Bear, Tri-West
Bear scored 20 points and recorded four steals in a win over Tech. The junior is averaging 16 points and three steals through 20 games.
Hadley Crosier, Lanesville
The junior piled up 19 points, accounted for six of her eight rebounds on the offensive end, dished out three assists and capped her performance with seven steals in a win over Orleans. Crosier is averaging 15 points, five rebounds, four assists and four steals.
Alex DeLisle, Speedway
The senior forward picked up 14 points, 10 rebounds, three steals and a block vs. Western Boone, then registered a career-high 29 points on 13-of-16 shooting with 11 boards, three assists and two steals vs. South Putnam.
Kenzie Fulks, Bethesda Christian
After recording 19 points, nine assists and eight steals in a win over Indianapolis Washington, Fulks then led the Patriots to a conference victory over University, registering 24 points, eight assists and six steals in the 48-37 win.
Sydney Goodin, Bethesda Christian
Goodin matched Fulks with 19 points vs. Washington, then went for 20 on 9-of-17 shooting against University. She rounded out her line with seven rebounds, two assists, two steals and a block.
Avery Gordon, Brownsburg
The junior Purdue commit cleared 1,000 career points against Pike, then scored 41 points — including the game-winner at the buzzer — to beat Westfield in overtime.

Rachel Harshman, Mooresville
The senior scored 26 points in a come-from-behind overtime win vs. Plainfield. Harsman accounted for 15 of her points in the fourth quarter and also registered 10 rebounds. She had 15 points and 10 rebounds in a win over Mt. Vernon.

Ellie Kelleher, Westfield
It was Kelleher vs. Gordon in the Brownsburg game on Friday with the Westfield senior picking up 31 points on 12-of-17 shooting with six 3-pointers. She rounded out her line with four rebounds, three assists, four steals and a block.
Maya Layton, Faith Christian
The sophomore cleared 1,000 career points in style Thursday night, resetting her own single-game record with 46 points in a 73-65 win over West Central. Layton, who shot 60% with four 3-pointers, also recorded 14 rebounds, three assists, two steals and two blocks.
Maya Makalusky, Hamilton Southeastern
Makalusky scored a career-high 37 points to help fuel a come-from-behind win over Zionsville on Friday, then went for 32 points Saturday against Center Grove.
Harper Moore, Beech Grove
The freshman shot 45% with a couple 3s as part of a 25-point effort vs. Tech. Moore also had five rebounds (all offensive boards), two assists and four steals. She logged 17 points, eight rebounds, six steals, four assists and three blocks in a win over Southport.
Abbie Ritzema, Illiana Christian
The junior went for a team-high 17 points, 10 rebounds, eight assists and four steals in a win over Calumet New Tech. Ritzema is averaging 15 points and three assists this season.
Addison Smith, Providence
The sophomore registered 19 points, four rebounds, three assists and six steals in an 11-point win over Rock Creek Academy. Smith averages 11 points and three assists.
Kaycie Warfel, Pendleton Heights
The junior scored 25 points on 10-of-21 shooting, six rebounds, six steals and four assists against Lapel, then piled up 30 points and eight steals in a win over Connersville.
Sophia Wascher, Indiana Deaf
The senior dazzled in back-to-back blowouts. She had 30 points (15-26 FG), five steals and three assists vs. Irvington Prep, and 28 points (14-24 FG), nine rebounds and three steals against Anderson Prep. Wascher is seven points away from 1,000 for her career.
Lariah Wooden, Attucks
Wooden scored a career-high 31 points, pulled in10 rebounds and blocked five shots in a win over Scecina.
Brooke Zartman, Warsaw
The sophomore went 7-for-11 from behind the arc and piled up 24 points to lift the Tigers to a 69-48 win over Homestead, their first in the series since 2001. Zartman hit five triples to break the school's single-season 3-point record against Concord on Saturday. She has 70 points, 19 3s and nine steals (only three turnovers) over her past three games.
