The NCAA/NIL/UT/collective/recruiting/investigations/lawsuits/penalties conflict is confusing as heck, but one unifying figure has risen above the rubble: University of Tennessee Chancellor Donde Plowman.

Plowman soaked the mess in lighter fluid and lit a match with these descriptions of the NCAA investigation: "morally wrong," "intellectually dishonest" and "failing."

It's an understatement to say Vols fans are celebrating Plowman right now. They have crowned her as the one person who can save Tennessee athletics.

Of course there are dozens and dozens of other NSFW memes and tweets out there that you'll have to find on your own (they're worth the effort), but here a few that made us laugh, made us proud and made us hit screengrab to add to our groups chats.

First, let's hear from the man himself, Mr. Nico Iamaleava, who shared a meme on his Instagram story saying "Donde Plowman vs NCAA is the beef I didn't know I needed in my life." Classic.

Building on that, there's a lot of conversation now about what fans should call this new version of Plowman since the academic "chancellor" feels too formal.
