Seahawks officially announce their 53-man roster

It is officially here. Announced well after the 1:00 pm deadline, the Seattle Seahawks officially have their 53-man roster set. We now know who will be taking the field against the Denver Broncos on September 8th when Week 1 finally arrives.

Seattle announced the roster on their Twitter, but you can see the full list below. One thing to note: linebacker Uchenna Nwosu is on the 53-man roster, which bodes well for his return from an MCL sprain sooner than later. The fact he is not on the Physically Unable to Perform (PUP) list to start the season is a lucky break for Seattle's top pass rusher.
