The Arizona Republic: 49ers 24, Chiefs 23

Jeremy Cluff writes: "The 49ers just feel like a team of destiny. No deficit has been too large for San Francisco to overcome in these playoffs, but they need to avoid a large deficit against the Chiefs, who would be a lot more difficult to come back on than the Green Bay Packers and Detroit Lions. San Francisco's defense will come up with some big plays late and Brock Purdy will be efficient enough to lead the 49ers to their first Super Bowl title since 1995 while winning Super Bowl MVP honors to further quiet his critics."

Sporting News: Chiefs 30, 49ers 24

Bill Bender writes: "The total is right on target here. Kansas City has allowed more than 24 points in one game this season, and that defense might make the difference in the fourth quarter one more time. If the Chiefs need a score with the game on the line late, then can you trust Mahomes? San Francisco allowed 26 points per game in the playoffs. This will be a 27-24 game either way, and our guess is Mahomes finds a way to win a third Super Bowl."

'Heck of a game manager': Brock Purdy quiets critics with San Francisco 49ers' comeback

New York Post: Bet the 49ers to cover vs. Chiefs

Erich Richter writes: "Fading the line movement is a powerful move that a bettor can take advantage of – as the 49ers have ranked as one of the best teams in the NFL according to Aaron Schatz’s DVOA statistics. Look for San Francisco to run the ball down Kansas City’s throats and pull of a Super Bowl win on Feb. 11."

SB Nation: Chiefs 27, 49ers 24

Mark Schofield writes: "These two organizations met a few years ago in Super Bowl LIV, but there have certainly been some changes and upgrades since then. For example, the 49ers now look to Brock Purdy and Christian McCaffrey on the offensive side of the ball. However, the Chiefs have made a pretty big upgrade as well, on the defensive side of the ball. That unit will prove huge on Super Bowl Sunday."

Bookies.com: Take the Chiefs with the points vs. 49ers

Bill Speros writes: "Both teams have exceptional coaching staffs. And both have ridden solid offensive lines, running games, and defenses to get here. But the Chiefs and Mahomes hold the edge in terms of having been in the Super Bowl and won it. All it will take is perhaps one mistake in this game, which is setting up to be low-scoring, close affair. The Chiefs are money when getting points – having won 6 straight outright as underdogs - and have covered in 8 of 9 games against teams with a winning record. We grabbed KC when they opened at +2.5 and +115."
