Saints offense has their best first half under Dennis Allen

The New Orleans Saints offense was on a different level in the opening half of the season. The impact of Klint Kubiak is already being felt. Alvin Kamara opened the game with a nine yard carry, and they continued to win in the running game. This was a point of focus of the offense moving into 2024 season.

The first big play of the game came via a deep shot from Derek Carr to Rashid Shaheed on the first drive. It wouldn't be the last big play of the half for Shaheed.

Kubiak's system was directly responsible for Juwan Johnson by leaving eye candy for the Panthers defense to bite on. They did.

New Orleans scored on each of their six possessions for a total of 30 points. That is good for the most points in a first half since the 2020. For a first impression, Kubiak knows how to make a statement
