Here are Rutgers' Big Ten football opponents through 2028 with big schedule changes next year
Rutgers football has its new-look Big Ten schedules for the next five years and its 2024 slate is without three of the traditional opponents the Scarlet Knights have faced since entering the conference in 2014.
Greg Schiano’s team next season will not play Michigan, Ohio State or Penn State, and will instead play at USC while hosting Washington and UCLA as part of the revamped and expanded Big Ten, which is eliminating divisions beginning next year.
The Scarlet Knights will play Maryland all five seasons as part of the new schedules.
Rutgers will play Oregon in 2025 at SHI Stadium. It will not play Michigan again until 2026.
