Rolex 24 at Daytona coming fast; here's a look at entire IMSA sports-car schedule for 2024
The most dramatic calendar turn of each year is the very first one, signifying a new year has dawned.
And with it, a new racing season, which coincidently, gets the bigger things out of the way right off the bat.
At least at Daytona, where NASCAR starts its season with the Great American Race, the Daytona 500, in February.
But before that, NASCAR's sports-car cousin, the International Motor Sports Association (IMSA), flips the ignition on the entire international racing season with a weekend of speed-and-endurance testing followed, the following weekend, by North America's ultimate examination of man versus machine versus the clock — the Rolex 24 at Daytona.
