Resale tickets 'selling fast' to see Caitlin Clark, Iowa face Ohio State in Columbus

Caitlin Clark is coming to Columbus, and tickets remain available for Ohio State women's basketball fans to see the Iowa superstar in person.

Ohio State announced Dec. 18 that it would be opening the upper bowl of Value City Arena for OSU women's basketball's Sunday noon game against Iowa, which will also be broadcast on NBC and Peacock.

While tickets directly through Ohio State are sold out, including each of the general-admission 300-level tickets, plenty of seats are available on resale ticket websites such as StubHub for as low as $41.

Tickets from behind the Iowa bench start at $314 on StubHub, while the most expensive seat is for midcourt facing both benches, which is going for a maximum of $2,609 each.

The Schottenstein Center's website lists the capacity for an Ohio State basketball game as 19,700. The attendance record for an Ohio State women's basketball game was 17,525 in 2005, when the Buckeyes beat Penn State for a Big Ten championship.

Clark, Iowa's all-time leading scorer, is the only player in Division I women's or men's basketball with 3,000 points, 750 rebounds and 750 assists.

Through 19 games in Iowa's 2023-24 season, Clark is averaging a career-high 31 points per game along with 7.2 rebounds and 7.7 assists, shooting 48.1% from the field and 40.1% from 3-point range.
