Rozier averaged nine points, 3.9 rebounds and 2.9 assists in 22.7 minutes per game primarily off the bench with the Celtics last season.
Rozier will presumably take the place of departed All-Star guard Kemba Walker, who has reportedly agreed to a four-year, $141 million deal with the Celtics.
