Michael Floyd may have stamped his ticket out of Arizona.

The Cardinals receiver was arrested early Monday morning in Scottsdale, Ariz. and charged with two counts of driving under the influence plus obstructing a roadway and failure to obey an officer. According to Arizona Sports 98.7, Floyd was found unconscious behind the wheel of his vehicle at 2:48 a.m. local time; the car was running.

Floyd had two catches for 18 yards in Arizona’s loss to the Miami Dolphins on Sunday. That game was played in Miami, meaning Floyd was arrested just a few hours after the team returned to the Phoenix area.

The 13th overall pick in 2012, Floyd has shown flashes in his time with the Cardinals, but has not put up the type of numbers you’d expect for a player taken so high in the draft. He did have a 1,000 yard season in 2013, with 65 catches for 1,041 yards and five touchdowns, but is on pace for a career-low performance this year. Playing in all 13 games, he has just 33 catches for 446 yards and four touchdowns.

This is not the first DUI arrest for Floyd; he was indefinitely suspended from the Notre Dame football team after a March 2011 arrest.

Floyd is in the final season of his rookie contract and is eligible to become an unrestricted free agent in March.
