The report includes video that shows a nude man, allegedly Jones, having a confrontation in a hallway with another man identified as his brother Cayleb Jones, a wide receiver signed with the Minnesota Vikings.
A woman screaming can be heard off camera before the video cuts to the apparent aftermath of the incident showing blood smeared on the walls and floor with debris strewn about.
The report also includes a still image of a broken window that Jones is said to have kicked in and tried to escape before being restrained.
He was held until police arrived and charged with felony vandalism, according to the report.
USA Today reports that police confirmed that Jones was indeed arrested.
Jones, a rookie in 2017, caught 27 passes for 316 yards and two touchdowns last season. He was a second-round pick out of East Carolina.
Cayleb Jones has not played an NFL down after signing a rookie free agent offer and eventually being waived by the Philadelphia Eagles in 2016. He signed a reserve/future contract with the Vikings in January and has spent time on the practice squad since.
