The Cincinnati Bengals were on the wrong end of several late and/or dirty hits during last week's loss to the Baltimore Ravens.

Now the NFL has confirmed as much with big fines aimed at Ravens players.

Ravens cornerback Marlon Humphrey received two fines totaling $33,766 due to a late hit on Joe Burrow and a facemask on another player.

Plus, the late hit to the helmet on Burrow on the failed two-point conversion that refs didn't call resulted in a $22,511 fine for Travis Jones.

Not that the Bengals will care at this point, as officials shouldn't have missed the infractions during the game itself, especially at such critical moments.

And as we've pointed out since, the Bengals offensive line could do a lot better about actually defending Burrow from late and dirty plays.
