Police enter home of Bengals RB Joe Mixon after reports of shots fired, no arrest made
Investigators with the Hamilton County (Ohio) Sheriff's Office are investigating an incident after reports of shots being fired around a home associated with Cincinnati Bengals running back Joe Mixon.
Sheriff deputies descended on a home located in Anderson Township, a Cincinnati suburb, about 8:30 p.m. Monday night following reports of shots being fired.
A juvenile was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, according to the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office, but no other information has been released, and requests for incident reports by USA TODAY Sports have not been received. USA TODAY Sports reached out to the Bengals but the team has yet to comment.
The Sheriff's office says they hope to provide a more "comprehensive update later this week."

As deputies were investigating one home, they also entered a second home on the same block associated with Mixon, and then they left without making an arrest, Fox19 in Cincinnati reported.
The address of the second home matches the address in court documents filed in a previous incident in which Mixon was accused of a misdemeanor charge of aggravated menacing on Jan. 21, the day before the Bengals beat the Buffalo Bills in the AFC Divisional Round.
That charge was later dismissed.
Mixon, 26, just completed his sixth season with the Bengals. In 2022, he ran for 814 yards and scored seven touchdowns, and added another 441 yards and two touchdowns receiving. He is due a base salary of $9.4 million for the 2023 season.
