Police: Human body found in beer cooler at Atlanta Braves' SunTrust Park
A worker found a human body in a beer cooler at SunTrust Park in Cobb County, Georgia, the home of the Atlanta Braves.
A Cobb County police spokesperson told reporters that the body has been identified as a third-party contractor and was found by another worker.
“This is still an active investigation so I am unable to speculate whether or not foul play is a factor,” Officer Sarah O’Hara told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Police originally reported the body having been found in a freezer, but later clarified that the location was a beer cooler.
The police said that they are working with the Braves on the investigation.
