Philly greased up light poles, Eagles fans climbed them anyway
Even Crisco can’t slow down Philadelphia Eagles fans.
Philadelphia spent all week making preparations for what happened after Sunday’s NFC title game. Win or lose, crowd control could have become an issue. One solution they had: Grease up the light poles with Crisco so fans couldn’t climb them.
Come on, you knew that wasn’t going to work. At least one fan beat the Crisco after the Eagles beat the Minnesota Vikings to advance to Super Bowl LII.

A little Crisco wasn't about to stop Eagles fans from climbing the poles

Perhaps that was the one ungreased light pole in the city or just an Eagles fan that persevered against all odds, just like his favorite team, but it’s a reminder to never doubt the stick-to-itiveness of Philly fans.
And, really, Philly didn’t have enough Crisco to grease up everything.

The Eagles are looking for their first Super Bowl championship ever, and a win over the New England Patriots might be the biggest moment in Philadelphia sports history. Just imagine all the Crisco that Philly will be buying over the next two weeks in preparation of that moment.
