Philadelphia Flyers Trade Defender To Edmonton Oilers
The Philadelphia Flyers have traded defenseman Ronnie Attard to the Edmonton Oilers in exchange for defenseman Ben Gleason.

Attard, 25, did not make the Flyers' roster out of training camp and has been playing in the AHL with the Lehigh Valley Phantoms. In seven games with the AHL squad this campaign, he had zero points, 19 penalty minutes, and a minus-3 rating.
From 2021-22 to 2023-24, Attard played in 29 games with the Flyers, where he had two goals, six points, 49 hits, and a minus-1 rating.
As for Gleason, he has played in seven games this season with the Bakersfield Condors, where he has one goal, four points, and a minus-1 rating. He has not played at the NHL level since the 2018-19 campaign when he was with the Dallas Stars. With Dallas, he had one assist and a minus-1 rating.
