Kraft has not been arrested, though police say a warrant will be issued.
According to Tiffany Kenny, anchor for WPFB in Palm Beach, the police say that Kraft had visited the targeted spa, the Orchids of Asia Day Spa, twice and they have video evidence that he was inside. The spa was among several that have been shut down recently as part of a months-long investigation into sexual slavery and human trafficking at spas in the Palm Beach and Gold Coast area of Florida.
The Patriots released a statement about Kraft’s arrest, denying any wrongdoing.
Statement from a spokesperson for Patriots owner Robert Kraft: “We categorically deny that Mr. Kraft engaged in any illegal activity. Because it is a judicial matter, we will not be commenting further.”

NFL owners are subject to the league’s personal conduct policy, which means Kraft could be facing punishment. The last owner to be suspended was Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay, who was suspended six games in 2014 and fined $500,000 after pleading guilty to misdemeanor charges of driving while intoxicated.
