The Carolina Panthers won't be losing yet another one of their starters.

Running back Chuba Hubbard took quite the hit during Thursday morning's joint practice with the New York Jets. Take a look:

Despite the very ugly landing, initial testing on Hubbard's knee yielded positive results. And fortunately, Panthers head coach Dave Canales had another positive update on the fourth-year rusher after Saturday night's preseason outing.

"Yeah, so, he came out clean there," Canales said of Hubbard's follow-up testing. "So, we'll get him back out on the field this week and we'll be able to continue to work as a group."

Carolina has been dealing with a number of setbacks to their projected starters—including wide receiver Diontae Johnson, tight ends Tommy Tremble and Ian Thomas, left guard Damien Lewis, outside linebacker D.J. Wonnum, cornerback Dane Jackson and safety Xavier Woods.

But luckily, it doesn't appear as though Hubbard will be sidelined when the team gets back to the practice field this upcoming week . . .
