Audrey Schneidmiller hit a three-run triple and the 11th-ranked Oklahoma State softball team rolled to an 8-0 season-opening win against Cal State Northridge on Thursday in Northridge, California.
Lexi Kilfoyl picked two perfect innings to earn the win for the Cowgirls.
Lauryn Carranco allowed three runs and six hits in four innings in a losing effort for CSUN.
Up next for the Cowgirls is a road game at Loyola Marymount at 1 p.m. Friday in Los Angeles.
