Ohio State's Brice Sensabaugh voted third-team all-Big Ten by media
Ohio State freshman forward Brice Sensabaugh has been named third-team all-Big Ten in the media poll.
The team’s leading scorer at 16.5 points per game, Sensabaugh was the only Buckeye to be named to the league’s first, second or third teams. Sensabaugh was also named honorable mention all-conference by the Big Ten coaches, putting him on par with sixth-year senior forward Justice Sueing and third-year center Zed Key.
It is the first time Ohio State has not had either a first- or second-team all-conference pick since the 2019 season. Last year, E.J. Liddell was voted first-team all-league by the coaches and media and freshman Malaki Branham was voted to the third team by both.

Sensabaugh, like Branham last year, was also voted to the league’s all-freshman team that is selected by the coaches only. No member was a unanimous selection.
With a 21-point game at Michigan State on Saturday, Sensabaugh became the sixth freshmen in Ohio State history to surpass 500 points in a season. He closed the regular season with 512 points, passing Greg Oden in the process.
