Ohio State football offensive lineman Vic Cutler reenters transfer portal
Ohio State offensive lineman Vic Cutler has reentered the NCAA transfer portal, he confirmed to The Dispatch on Thursday night.
Cutler spent one season with the Buckeyes after transferring from Louisiana Monroe in January. He is in the portal as a graduate transfer.
The portal opens for undergraduates on Monday, while grad transfers can put their names in the online database at any time.
Cutler competed all offseason to start at center for the Buckeyes before redshirt freshman Carson Hinzman won the starting job in preseason training camp in August. Hinzman would start all 12 games during the regular season.
Cutler provided depth as a reserve, but did not rotate heavily. He appeared in only four games on the offensive line, playing 21 snaps, according to Pro Football Focus.
He had started 21 games at Louisiana Monroe between center and left and right tackle.
