Ohio State football cornerback Ryan Turner set to enter transfer portal
Ohio State reserve cornerback Ryan Turner is set to put his name in the NCAA transfer portal this week.
In a graphic shared on his X account, Turner confirmed his intentions to enter the portal when it opens Monday.
He appeared in two games this fall, logging just over two dozen snaps late in the Buckeyes’ blowout wins over Michigan State and Minnesota last month. He played in four games last year as he redshirted.
Turner was the second-lowest ranked recruit in the Buckeyes’ recruiting class for 2022 as the No. 341 overall prospect in the nation, according to 247Sports’ composite rankings.
He is a native of South Florida and attended Chaminade-Madonna Prep in Hollywood.
