If you've ever wondered what it looks like when Nick Saban wants to hype up his locker room, wonder no more.

On Saturday's broadcast of ESPN's College GameDay live from Austin, Texas, the former Alabama coach gave a pep talk to the 11 remaining undefeated teams across the FBS who now have the best chance to reach the College Football Playoff.

Saban pulled out his "nothing" speech, which we've seen him use in the past, but perhaps not with as much fire as we saw Saturday ahead of No. 1 Texas vs. No. 5 Georgia.

Saban had the whole crowd hanging on his every word.

And that's how you make a big something out of nothing.
