The bad teams of the 2024 season certainly looked to prove the point in Week 6, with the worst nine teams in our rankings from last week all losing. Guess those evals were accurate. What wasn't accurate? Having the Dallas Cowboys closer to the top 10 than the bottom 10. The injured Cowboys offered zero resistance to the Detroit Lions, and the lack of available talent can't be the excuse because they also looked horrible earlier in the year when healthier.
Was their 38-point loss enough to drop them into the bottom 10 of the Week 7 rankings? What about up at the top? With the reigning No. 1 and No. 2 ranked teams on an early bye, was the Lions win, or the victory from the Houston Texans enough to get them into the ring? The NFC North is one of the NFL's top feel-good stories. The Browns ... aren't. And the horizon doesn't look promising even after they move off of Deshaun Watson.
