No. 8 Houston basketball defeated the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns Wednesday night at the Fertitta Center. “One thing we have always been good at here is bringing our team along,” coach Kelvin Sampson said. The Cougars did just that with the bench playing a big role in the victory as they totaled 39 points, with Redshirt sophomore guard Terrance Arceneaux and freshman guard Mercy Miller combining for 26. Arceneaux had a rough start shooting 0-6 from the field with just two points.
