Highlights: Nation’s No. 1 prospect Elijah Griffin

Georgia football is playing host to five-star 2025 defensive lineman Elijah Griffin on June 1.

Griffin, the nation’s No. 1 overall prospect, per 247Sports, is coming off visits to South Carolina and Clemson.

The Savannah, Georgia, native (Christian Prep) visited Athens for the Bulldogs’ G-Day spring game in April.

“Had a great time,” Griffin told 247Sports’ Steve Wiltfong last month. “It’s a great city. I see myself playing there. People there are awesome. It’s nice little college town. It’s overall a great atmosphere.”

Griffin (6-foot-3.5, 270 pounds) reportedly considers Georgia and South Carolina as his top choices as he prepares for his junior season.

Griffin’s toughness at the point of attack for his age is impressive. Take a look at his highlight tape here.
