Nashville Predators pummel Minnesota Wild in 6-1 victory, extend winning streak to seven games
The Nashville Predators carry a six-game wining streak into Thursday's game against the Minnesota Wild at Bridgestone Arena.
The Preds pummeled Ottawa 4-1 on Tuesday in the first game of a lengthy homestand after a 5-0 road trip last week. Nashville comes into Thursday's slate with a five-point advantage for the second wild card.
Minnesota is six points behind the Predators for the second wild-card spot in the West. The Wild had won seven of nine games prior to Tuesday's loss to Carolina.
