Nashville Predators defenseman Roman Josi replaces Nathan MacKinnon on All-Star team
Turns out Roman Josi will be leaving for Las Vegas after all.
The Nashville Predators defenseman will head there next weekend as a member of the Central Division All-Star team, replacing Colorado Avalanche forward Nathan MacKinnon, who will skip the weekend because of injury.
Josi, who originally was not selected to the team despite being in the midst of a career season, joins teammate Juuse Saros on the roster.

Josi, who won the Norris Trophy in 2020, has 13 goals and 30 assists for a team-best 43 points. That number was tied for third-most among defensemen in the NHL going into Sunday.
He also recently broke the Predators franchise record for assists.
This is Josi's fourth All-Star selection.
