Is there a NASCAR race today? A NASCAR TV schedule this week for Richmond Raceway
NASCAR's one-race foray into road racing will end, for now, with a return to ovals.
And now, the ¾-mile D-shaped oval at Richmond awaits for an Easter Sunday night short-track sprint.
An Xfinity Series/Cup Series doubleheader looms this weekend with the Toyota Owners 400 set to start at 7 p.m. on Sunday night. The Xfinity race, the ToyotaCare 250, is scheduled for a 1 p.m. green flag on Saturday.
The title sponsor seems fitting considering Toyota's performance at the track in recent years. Among drivers to have started in each of the last six Richmond races, Denny Hamlin (5.2), Martin Truex Jr. (5.8) and Christopher Bell (6.5) are 1-2-3 in average finish. Both Hamlin and Truex Jr. have a win in that stretch as do Kyle Larson, Alex Bowman and Chris Buescher.
Here's how to watch this weekend's events at Richmond:
NASCAR QNA: Kyle Busch is still Kyle Busch; and yes, Martin Truex is pointing the way
