Mr. T gives U.S. men's curling team a pep talk before gold medal match
I pity the fool who doubts the chances of the United States Men’s Curling team.
That was about the most predictable first sentence ever for a post involving Mr. T. Yes, this post involves Mr. T. Curling team member Tyler George said Mr. T called to give the team a pep talk before their PyeongChang Winter Olympics gold medal match against Sweden.
HUGE thanks to unofficial team captain @MrT for calling in for a pep talk just now!! I’m ready to run through a wall. Gold medal game tonight!!! pic.twitter.com/wSVVQTs5cg

If the United States wins Saturday, we’ve got to start calling John Shuster’s bunch the “A-Team,” right? It’s only fitting. The curling team is on a heck of a run and defeated Canada in the semifinals for the chance to play Sweden for the gold.
In case you were wondering, Mr. T has been tweeting about curling too. He wished the team good luck after their win over the Canadians.
Good luck @TeamShuster ! This is what you guys trained for! This is what you practice so hard and so long for… Go Win a Gold medal! #TeamUSA #curling #curlingiscoolfool

This is your moment @TeamShuster . Now go out there and do what you do best! Bring home the Gold or else. Grrr! #curlingiscoolfool #TeamUSA #Curling

The match starts at 1:35 a.m. ET Saturday morning and will be televised live on NBC Sports Network.
