The MLS released new details regarding the 2024 All-Star Game, set to take place at Lower.com Field on July 24. Similar to editions of the game in the past, instead of the interleague all-stars facing each other in action, they'll go toe-to-toe with all-stars from the Mexican Liga MX.

"We're the global game," said MLS executive VP of properties and events Camilo Durana. "Part of what we aspire to be is one of the best leagues in the world, and part of the way we do that is showcase our soccer versus those of other top leagues from around the world."

In addition to the game, MLS will be hosting a skills challenge the night before at Lower.com that will include 10 players from each league.

Tickets for the game and the skills challenge will go on sale to the public at 10 a.m. Friday on Ticketmaster, with Crew season ticket holders getting priority access to tickets.

Coaching the MLS all-star team will be the Crew's Wilfried Nancy.

When deciding the MLS all-star roster, fans will get to vote for 12 of 26 the players, with Nancy getting to select 12 additional players and MLS commissioner Don Garber making picks for the last two spots.

"It's really neat to be able to not only celebrate our championship season, the season following our championship win with the All-Star Game," said Crew general manager Tim Bezbatchenko. "To have Wilfried coaching this group of players that hopefully, will contain at least a handful of Columbus Crew players."
