Miami’s Malek Young rocks huge gold chain on sideline after interception (Video)
If you look good, you feel good. And if you feel good, you play good.
Miami’s Malek Young accomplished all three on Saturday against Bethune-Cookman.
Young, a sophomore defensive back, registered his second career interception in the 18th-ranked Hurricanes’ 41-13 win. And when he came to the sideline, Young was greeted with a humongous gold chain with a “U” emblem.

According to the Fox Sports South broadcast, that chain goes to whoever on the Miami defense causes a turnover. Pretty cool.

Young’s interception was one of two turnovers caused by the Hurricanes on the afternoon. There will be plenty more to come throughout the year — and hopefully more sideline shots of players rocking the hardware.
