Memphis Grizzlies' Santi Aldama leaves Raptors game with knee injury; won't return
The Memphis Grizzlies' injury woes continue.
Forward Santi Aldama left Monday's game against the Raptors in Toronto with an apparent knee injury after appearing to bang his knee against a Raptors player while driving to the basket. Aldama sat on the bench for a few seconds, then left to go to the locker room.
The Grizzlies announced he would miss the rest of the game with right knee soreness.
Santi Aldama (Right Knee Soreness) will not return tonight at @Raptors.

That adds to the injury crisis the Grizzlies are already dealing with. They are without seven players, including Ja Morant, Desmond Bane and Marcus Smart. Morant (shoulder) and Steven Adams (knee) are out for the season, and Brandon Clarke has yet to suit up as he continues to recover from an Achilles injury suffered last season.
Jake LaRavia and Derrick Rose also have been out for extended periods of time.
Aldama had 10 points, four rebounds and four assists before exiting the game. He's averaging 10.3 points and 5.6 rebounds per game this season.
Memphis led at the end of the third quarter against the Raptors.
