Oregon WBB: Ducks set the "tone" with win to kick off 2024-25 season
EUGENE, Ore-- With several new faces taking the court for their first regular season game as a Duck, the Oregon women wanted to make sure that their fans knew what type of team they want to be. "We want to set a winning tone," Head Coach Kelly Graves said. On Monday, Oregon women's basketball achieved their goal on its way to a commanding 93-63 win over the Cal Baptist Lancers. Peyton Scott in her return to court led the team with a team-high 16 points on 50% shooting from the floor.
