LSU-South Carolina fight results in numerous ejections in SEC Tournament championship game
A fight broke out between South Carolina women's basketball and LSU on Sunday in the SEC Tournament's championship game.
Gamecocks freshman guard Milaysia Fulwiley stole the ball from the Tigers' Flau'jae Johnson, who then pulled on Fulwiley's shorts to stop the fast-break attempt late in the fourth quarter of an already-chippy game.

Johnson was then called for a foul on the play, and while play stopped for a brief moment, South Carolina forward Kamila Cardoso pushed Johnson down to the ground after Johnson shoved South Carolina's Ashlyn Watkins, which started a heated exchange with jostling by both teams. Cardoso was later shown with a bloody lip on the broadcast.
Just after, an LSU fan ESPN's broadcast reported was Johnson's brother, jumped down from the stands and briefly made contract with the court before being escorted away from the situation by police.
After the incident, officials took nearly 20 minutes reviewing the situation and how to assess proper fouls.
South Carolina led 73-66 with 2:08 left in the fourth quarter when play stopped.
