LSU baseball will play these SEC teams during 2025 season, Jay Johnson reveals
It had already been known that LSU baseball's permanents opponents starting in 2025 were Texas A&M and Mississippi State, which the SEC revealed back in November.
But the rest of the Tigers' SEC slate for next season is starting to take shape.
LSU coach Jay Johnson told reporters Wednesday that his team's conference schedule will also consist of both newcomers to the league in Texas and Oklahoma as well as Alabama, Auburn, Arkansas, Missouri, South Carolina and Tennessee.
According to Johnson, LSU will face Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi State, Missouri and Tennessee at home while it'll play Auburn, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas and Texas A&M on the road.

"A few will rotate off and then a few back on," Johnson said. "Sometimes you don't play somebody for two years and then you play them three years in a row. Then there's (teams) you're playing every other year.
"It's a 13-year rotation."
With the addition of Oklahoma and Texas to the SEC, the league had to adjust its scheduling model to accommodate two more teams and a 16-team conference. The SEC's current baseball schedule format has teams playing the rest of the clubs in their division plus four other series against teams from the other division.
The new model will lack some of the scheduling consistencies it's had in the past as the league moves away from divisions.
